Original diagnose after Case (1980) p. 88 [390]: Teeth range in size 1 cm in height, central cusp on all teeth devoid demiculation, but each tooth (anterior as well as lateral) with or without an unpronounced or vestigial "cusplet" on one or both sides of the tooth.
