Description
Original diagnosis after Figueroa & Gallo, 2017 [25212]: Chondrichthyan only known from fin spines with convergent margins towards the distal portion; slightly convex lateral faces; a flat posterior wall with small and well-spaced denticles at the posterolateral margins; spine compressed laterally, especially toward its distal portion; ornamentation composed of longitudinal ridges, each one possessing double series of tubercles running along them; ridges of the posterior portion of the lateral face are thinner than anterior ones; new ridges accreted by both, insertion at the posterior margin and by bifurcation at the lateral face in the medial portion; intercostal grooves small, thinner than the ridges.
