Description
Original diagnosis after Andreev, Sansom, Li, Zhao & Zhu, 2022 [31365]: Jawed vertebrate with paired (pinnal) dermal shoulder girdle plates, each fused to a pair of prepectoral spines, a pectoral and a prepelvic (admedian) fin spine; ventral and ascending laminae of the pinnal plates extended to the posterior edge of the pectoral fin spines; median (lorical) shoulder girdle plate with a low conical spine; fin spines are laterally compressed and broad-based and carry ornamenting ridges studded with fine tubercles; trunk scale crowns possess a linear array of primary odontodes sculpted by discontinuous nodose ridges; the anterior of trunk scale crows features a conspicuous pustule or a large, dome-shaped replacement odontode; dentine developed only in scale/tessera crowns.
