Description
Original diagnosis after Itano, 2023 [31701]: Teeth strongly sigmoid in lateral view. Orally directed apical cusp. Presumed near-symphyseal teeth are wedge-like in lateral view. Approximately 5–7 U-shaped cristae on the basal end of the lingual face. The more strongly curved cristae include a narrow, basally directed lobe. Apical cusp separated from the series of cristae by a central trough. Labial face displays a longitudinal concavity. Short base attached to labial face, directed oppositely to apical cusp. Presumed lateral teeth differ from the presumed near-symphyseal teeth in having an apical cusp that is thinner linguolabially, a shorter central trough, less strongly curved cristae, and a broader, shallower labial concavity.
