Description
Original diagnosis after Heidtke, 2011 [35442]: total length ~ 50 cm, short head and branchial basket; neurocranium and jaws already ossified in subadult individuals; five segments of circum-orbital ring well mineralized and without tubercles on the sur face; finspines only slightly curved, unpaired ventral spine long; surface of the body posteriorly of the Shoul der girdle completely covered with very small rhombic scales without ornament.
