Distribution
Northeast Atlantic: known from 3 specimens from the northern Bay of Biscay but distribution no doubt wider.

Biology
Oviparous [7182]. Paired eggs are laid. Embryos feed solely on yolk [733]. Eggs have horn-like projections on the shell [17086].

bathydemersal; marine; depth range 2400 - 2950 m [7182]
