Description
Original diagnosis after Kirkland, Eaton & Brinkman, 2013 [20268]: Cristomylus species (Fig. 9.16) in which crown and root are consistently of near equivalent height; symphysial teeth crowns are not saddle shaped, and oral surface of crown tends to be more domed with the transverse crest invariably more weakly expressed than in other species of Cristomylus; roots flare slightly outward at their midpoints toward the lateral margins of the roots, often with broad nutritive grooves.
