Biology
A nocturnal and solitary species found on sand and rock bottoms, in bays and on coral reefs. Depth ranges from the intertidal zone to 64 m. Feeds on amphipods, shrimps, and worms. Mobile-invertebrate feeder (Ref. 57615).
