Description
WELTON, 1979 [2517]: - distal cusplets 0 to 2; mesial cusplets not developed an any or teh referred specimens, - distal cutting ridge of cusp and apical ridge of distal balde of cusplets very weakly serrated; - mesial cutting ridge of cusp strongly convex and sinnous, - crown low, - mesial notch absent, - lingual crown face weakly convex, - labial crown foot very well developed

Discussion
PFEIL, 1983 [1886] erected for Echinorhinus cf. caspius (PHILLIPS, et. 1976 [1898] and WELTON 1979 [2517]) a new species, Echinorhinus kelleyi PFEIL, 1983 [1886], but he didn't see the holotye and the referred speciemens of WELTON, 1979. He used only the drawings and the description of WELTON 1979 [2517]. No records of this species since the description of PFEIL, 1983.

Remarks
