Original diagnose after Case (1980) p. 96 [390]: Isolated pavement teeth, petalodont-like, extremely small in size, averaging less than 2 mm across the occlusal aspect, with a strong rugosely nodular ornamentation on the posterior portion of the dorsal surface of the tooth crown.
