Description
Original diagnosis after Sambou, Hautier, Sarr, Tabuce, Lihoreau, Thiam, Lebrun, Martin, Cappetta & Adnet, 2020 [28632]: New species of Odontorhytis known by isolated teethexhibiting reduced heterodonty. The new species is mainly charac-terized by teeth compressed mesiodistally, a fine cusp of sigmoidalprofile with lateral cutting edges and marked enameloid folds onboth face, a pair of very low lateral cusplets sometimes reduced tominute bulges in small specimens or simply lacking in the largestones, the lack of lingual barb near the apex, and the lack of a sharpmedian crest on the crown labial face. The root is of cordiform out-line in lingual or labial view, ever larger than crown with largemedian groove entirely developed on the root depth
