Original diagnosis after Ginter & Ivanov, 1992 [3129]: Three to (seldom) five cusps, central is somewhat smaller than lateral ones, which may be slightly sigmoldal, with a low blade separating their labial and lingual faces; the cusps are only slightly Inclined llnguad. Sculpture of the cusps consists of many subparallel, thin ribs. The hemispherical button lies close to the lingual rim of the base, with a large canal opening on its linguo-basal face.
