Original diagnose after Case (1978) p. 184 [388]: Teeth of large size, averaging 2 cm in root width, 1 1/2 cm in height (central cusp to base of root), one large central cusp at center of root, conical in shape and tapering to a point at its apex, with two smaller sigmoid cusplets on either side.
