Description
Diagnosis after Lebedev, 2026 [35727]: Serrated lingual marginconcave, labial convex, crown slanted lingually. Crown forms no lateral projections, surface smooth. Crown serration at the base of the lingual row terminates in a T-junction with short transverse cusplet row. Crowns of successive elements contact basally by means of the labial buttress and basal point of the lingual serration. Symmetric lifetime wear facet on the labial occlusal crest; additional lateral facets on one crown side. Basal surface of the dental elements’ base almost flat. Base penetrated by numerous transverse vascular canals. Large pulp cavity opens basally from the labial buttress via a short and thick canal. Crown coated with enameloid.
