Description
Original diagnosis after Johns & Fischer, 2025 p. 1032, 1033 [34449]: Elongate chimaeroid egg capsule (rhinochimaerid-like type C, subtype C2); 21.9 cm long and 8.2 cm wide (including membrane); tail elongate and narrow (<0.5 cm wide over most of its length and about 11.7 cm long), at posterior broadening to about 1.0 cm and bearing a thin median ridge; beak spatula-shaped (about 3.0 cm long × 1.2 cm wide) with a constriction at the junction between the beak and the central body; central body spindle-shaped; lateral web membrane with many primary costae (about 36–42 per side), which are convexly-arched with peripheral ends curving posteriorly; secondary costae are present.
