Smithsonian Contributions to Zoology, (540): i-iii, 1-19: According to USNM records, these specimens were sent out on loan during July 1967 and were never returned. The loan recipient as queried as recently as June 1991 and responded that he had no knowledge of the whereabouts of the specimens. All three specimens are considered lost.
