name and illustration published by Geinitz, 1839 [919] (page 12, tab. 1, C, fig. 5), available by indication (Article 12.2.7 of the Code), correct spelling "rhaphiodon" instead of "raphiodon", Agassiz used "raphiodon" in tab. 27a, published in 1843 and the "rhaphiodon" in 1844 p. 296 of "Recherches sur les poissons fossiles", but Geinitz published the name bevor Agassiz

valid after Guinot et al. (2013) p. 629 [24889];
