shark-references Species-ID=2193; pers. comment of Yuri Dyldin, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk State University, Lenina 290, 693008 Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia to Etmopterus tasmaniensis: "Generally the minimum information a couple of lines and a link to the Figure 68 d (where the drawing of the head from the bottom). The authors, for this taxon is not indicated the any type specimen. In the work of Gubanov et al. (1986) [1042] taxon, Etmopterus tasmaniensis Myagkov & Pavlov, 1986 is not the original description, because authors will not show it and nor do not claim such as sp. nov. One must look exactly the first description, but now I don't know where this work is for the first time, Etmopterus tasmaniensis listed as a new species.
