Description
Original diagnosis after Guinot, Cappetta, Underwood & Ward, 2012 [17161]: As for the genus: Platyrhinid with small, homodont teeth. Teeth wider than high; crown with well-developed occlusal crest, rectilinear in occlusal view. Flat to slightly convex labial face overhanging the root; convex labial outline; wide labial visor; convex and semicircular outline of the labial edge. Trilobed lingual face with well-developed median uvula; broad, rounded and short lateral uvulae with slight wavy ornamentation on lateral margins and flared basal margins slightly protruding lingually.Holaulacorhize root with large groove and wide central foramen; triangular lobes in basal view with concave labial and lingual edges; one pair of marginolingual foramina.
