Description
Original diagnosis after Guinot, Cappetta, Underwood & Ward, 2012 [17161]: Teeth of small size (from 0.7 to 2 mm wide in adult individuals) with strong monognathic and sexual heterodonty. Lateral teeth anteroposteriorly expanded with well-developed uvula and labially protruding apron; labial face smooth; well-marked occlusal crest with occasional incipient cusp; vertical parallel folds on the labial and lingual marginal faces. Holaulacorhize root displaced lingually; marginolingual, central and paracentral foramina present. Anterolateral teeth anteroposteriorly compressed and strongly cuspidate with main cusp lingually directed, broad uvula; slight ornamentation of very short vertical ridges on lingual margins; root with strongly lingually developed lingual protuberance. Anterior teeth of breedingmales strongly cuspidate and mesiodistally compressed; wide uvula and apron; lateral lingual margins reduced with light ornamentation.
